Location: Decatur County

We are seeking a caring, patient, and dependable Toddler Childcare Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for toddlers.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children and can support their growing independence, communication, social skills, and early learning.

• Provide attentive and compassionate care to toddlers
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming classroom
• Supervise children closely and prioritize their health and safety
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning and play activities
• Support toddlers with meals, naps, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Encourage positive social interactions and communication skills
• Help children develop independence and confidence
• Monitor children's behavior, progress, and developmental needs
• Communicate professionally with parents and guardians
• Maintain accurate classroom records and documentation
• Follow childcare policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements
• Work effectively with other childcare staff

• CDA, TCC, Associate’s Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Previous toddler childcare teaching experience preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
