Breaking Ground in Brooklyn is seeking a Housing Advocate to conduct street outreach to engage individuals for Street to Home services and housing solutions. You will work primarily in an automobile with a partner, respond to 311, and participate in code blue and code red alerts. The role includes vulnerability assessment, maintaining client registries, data entry, and collaboration with city agencies and service providers to move people indoors and keep them housed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Breaking Ground
