Remote New Construction BDM | Build & Fund Property Deals

LendingOne, LLC is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager, New Construction, to drive construction and development financing for real estate investors and builders. This role emphasizes sourcing, structuring, and closing new loan opportunities, while delivering an exceptional borrower experience.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will focus on building a robust pipeline, meeting production goals, and maintaining strong partner relationships across a fast-paced market.
