Your Role

• Conduct both routine and advanced clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established guidelines.
• Evaluate results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing when necessary.
• Document all procedures with precision, mentor new team members or students, and help maintain laboratory quality metrics.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your career.
