Bilingual Shipping & Receiving Associate Needed!
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (occasional Saturdays 1 to 3 times per year)
Pay: $18/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Shipping & Receiving Associate Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and log incoming shipments
- Maintain warehouse and inventory accuracy
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory control
- Transport returns to service department as needed
- Follow all standard operating procedures
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Shipping & Receiving Associate Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience of warehouse life cycle responsibilities including shipping and receiving, inventory, WMS, etc.
- Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
- Experience using pallet jacks or power lifts required (zero forklift operations in this warehouse)
- Must be able to push pull up to 100 pounds with pallet jacks
- Familiarity with DHL and FedEx is strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptable and able to manage changing priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, push, pull, and reach throughout the day
- High school diploma or equivalent required
