Career Coach & Job Developer for Adults with Disabilities

Valley Collaborative is seeking a Job Developer for Adults with Disabilities in Billerica, MA. This full‑time role reports to the DDS Program Director and focuses on employer relations, job readiness, and career planning for adults with disabilities. Responsibilities include writing resumes, conducting mock interviews, coordinating travel training, and providing on/off-site coaching.
