Service Coordinator

Job Description Answer and manage incoming customer service calls, service requests, and general inquiries Dispatch technicians and subcontractors while tracking call status and scheduling changes Create and manage work orders for service and preventative maintenance activities Coordinate technician check-in/check-out procedures and ensure compliance with safety policies Process purchase orders, invoices, subcontractor pricing, and work order documentation Procure parts and materials needed for service work orders Schedule monthly maintenance visits and follow up with customers regarding service agreements Assist with service quotes, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and site access/badging requirements Maintain accurate customer records, service documentation, and reporting We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
