Administrative Clerk for Live Poultry Production

Shift 1st Shift Description Generate and process weekly accounts payable utilizing CANOPY software through invoice entry, check printing and mailing Generate weekly grower payments utilizing MTECH software along with manual reconciliations Generate and distribute grower rankings Assist with Grower inquiries Assist with Service Tech inquiries This list is not all inclusive and there may be other duties as assigned. Requirements Knowledge of general accounting procedures 1-3 years accounts general accounting experience Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Proficient in data entry and management Physical Requirements Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant using computers, telephones and other office equipment. Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Walk in an outside environment (including inclement weather conditions). Occasionally subject to dusty and hot environments. Frequently exposed to fumes and airborne particles. Work around raw, live animal odors.
