Role Summary HomeTeam Installer installs the Taexx pest‑control system in new homes and buildings, performs termite treatments, provides exceptional customer service, maintains proper licensing, and works independently to meet builder timelines. Responsibilities Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, subcontractors, and field managers to meet deadlines Submit legible, clear, and accurate service tickets to office personnel Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly Stay motivated and focused while working independently Be available to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed Benefits Competitive pay ($$) $22–$23 hourly Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision Company‑paid life & AD&D insurance 401(k) plan with company match up to 6% Employee stock purchase plan Paid Time off and holidays Employee discounts Tuition reimbursement Dependent scholarship awards Opportunity to advance within the company Recognition for a job well done Friendly work environment Employee referral bonuses Professional growth and respect from an industry leader Qualifications Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid) Physical Demands / Working Environment: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
