Required Qualities Previous manual labor experience (construction, mechanical work, landscaping, trades, etc.) Experience working in high temperatures for extended periods of time Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of systems Dependable and punctual Able to work independently and responsibly Quick learner who retains information Adaptable and solution-oriented Excellent communication and people skills Professional demeanor Valid driver’s license with clean record Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors What You Will Be Trained In - This role goes far beyond basic cleaning.
