Founding Growth Lead (Hybrid – Greater Seattle Area) Compensation: $130K–$165K OTE + Equity Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid 3 days per week in Bellevue WA office About the Opportunity Join a high-growth, venture-backed company building a modern solution in a complex, high-value space. This is a founding growth hire where you’ll work directly with leadership to build pipeline, refine go-to-market strategy, and help establish the foundation for long-term revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating opportunity from scratch, working closely with founders, and turning early wins into a repeatable playbook.
