Benefits: Studio Use Perks Employee discounts Wellness resources Build your massage practice inside Columbus's newest integrated wellness club—without the overhead of running it alone. Solterra Wellness Club is hiring an Ohio-licensed massage therapist for our founding full-time W-2 team. Opening October 2026 at The Galaxy at Polaris, Solterra brings together Pilates, yoga, recovery, massage, skin health, medical wellness, and thoughtful hospitality. WHY JOIN SOLTERRA Focus on exceptional hands-on care while Solterra supports the business around you. We provide two fully equipped shared treatment rooms, massage tables, linens and laundry, products and supplies, booking and payment systems, marketing, front-desk support, and internal referrals. Massage is part of the complete member experience—not a room rental. You will serve active adults, movement members, recovery-focused guests, and clients seeking relief from stress, tension, soreness, pain, and mobility limitations. WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver personalized massage supporting relaxation, recovery, mobility, pain relief, and stress reduction. Conduct thoughtful intakes, review contraindications, confirm goals and pressure preferences, and provide appropriate aftercare. Maintain clean, calm, organized, guest-ready treatment spaces. Create a consistent experience that encourages rebooking and long-term client relationships. Collaborate with Solterra's movement, recovery, skin-health, and wellness teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Current Ohio Massage Therapy License in active good standing. At least one year of professional massage experience preferred. Strong hands-on skills and an adaptable, client-centered approach. Professional, reliable, punctual, warm, and hospitality-minded. Consistent availability, including some evenings and/or weekends. Specialized training in therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports/recovery, myofascial, trigger-point, prenatal, lymphatic, or related modalities is valued. FULL-TIME SCHEDULE This role is for a therapist seeking a consistent weekly schedule and an opportunity to grow with Solterra. A full-time schedule may include approximately 30-35 scheduled hours per week. Appointment volume will build with membership and demand, making this a strong fit for someone excited to establish the program from opening day. COMPENSATION AND PERKS W-2 employee position with competitive service-based compensation. Estimated earnings of $45-75 per completed appointment, including service pay and tips. Therapists retain 100% of client tips. Required meetings, training, and onboarding time are paid. Discounts on Solterra services, classes, retail, café offerings, and wellness amenities. ABOUT SOLTERRA Solterra Wellness Club is built around Strength. Stillness. Renewal. We are creating a polished, welcoming environment where excellent practitioners are supported and guests feel genuinely cared for. #J-18808-Ljbffr Solterra Wellness Club
