Community Association Manager

We’re seeking a Florida-Licensed Community Association Manager in Orlando, Florida, to provide community management services to certain communities. Job Responsibilities, including, but not limited to: Manage communications with HOA Board and residents. Manage community appearance via vendor procurement and declaration enforcement activities. Facilitate and administer Board and Association meetings. Requirements: Strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
