Key Qualifications JD from an accredited law school (or equivalent legal qualification). Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction). 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related banking transactions. Strong experience drafting and negotiating Credit agreements; Commitment papers; and Financing documentation for leveraged and syndicated transactions. Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
