This group is highly respected in the Chicago legal market and regularly represents clients in purchasing, sales, development, financing (both lenders and borrowers), and leasing. Clients include REITs, developers, syndicators, property management companies, and brokerage firms. This position is part of the firm's strategic growth and succession plan, creating a unique opportunity to inherit significant existing business and play a major role in shaping the group's future growth.
