RevOps Manager
Virtual Vocations Inc
As the first dedicated RevOps Manager in a full-time capacity, the successful candidate will build and manage the RevOps function from the ground up, overseeing CRM administration, pipeline forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance the go-to-market strategy in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Design and refine the CRM to align with sales workflows while ensuring data quality Run the forecasting process and maintain metrics related to pipeline and sales productivity Support annual and quarterly planning, including territory design and quota setting Required qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Finance Advanced CRM administration experience Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Experience running or supporting a forecasting process U.S. Citizenship due to federal contract requirements
