- Paid holidays and paid time off.
- Retirement benefits. Not available at all locations.
- Open door policy with the owner.
- Exceed sales objectives by mentoring an in-home sales team toward achieving success.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new sales personnel.
- Provide training and development for team members through individualized and group sessions.
- Emphasize the importance of meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
- Maintain team engagement and motivation through tailored strategies.
- No degree or certification is needed.
- Experience leading sales teams with a minimum of 1-3 years.
- Strong personal sales track record.
- Willing to follow our proven sales system.
- Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems.
- We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall-beds, garage cabinetry and more.
