The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist will support the Medicare Sales team to ensure the accurate and timely dissemination of information leading to the sale of new and renewed Medicare health plans. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, energetic, quick learner and skilled in various administrative support functions. This position will monitor inbound/outboundcallsof the sales agents, including but not limited to demeanor, technical accuracy, customerserviceperformance, tone, voice inflections and conformity to company policy and procedures. 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably within the insurance industry At least 2 years' experience in Quality Assurance preferred Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses ofeach call and performance of sales agents Professional, organized, and motivated self-starterExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Superior active listening abilities Meticulous work habits Ability to work in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or G.E.D. required Bachelor's degree preferred Preferred Health insurance license Please see our company Benefits: Life Insurance and AD&D
