Case Manager

We currently have one full-time (40 hrs./week) opening for a Case Manager at Sinto Commons. In keeping with Transitions’ mission and core values, this position assists and supports Sinto Commons residents to be successful in their housing journey. The right fit for this position will know how to work both independently and collaboratively, maintain strong healthy boundaries with those around them, build community, and will enjoy coming alongside people with lived experience in homelessness to help them meet their goals.
