Ability to read, interpret, and maintain operational reports and shipment documentation. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience. Experience managing warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and delivery coordination. Proven experience leading warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures, logistics processes, and customer service best practices. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience overseeing inbound shipments, staging operations, and delivery scheduling. Ability to manage employee performance, staffing levels, and daily workflow priorities. Strong customer relationship management and conflict-resolution skills. Experience working with scanning systems, inventory tracking, and shipping software. Ability to make quick decisions and effectively resolve operational issues. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse during the shift. Capable of assisting with loading, unloading, scanning, staging, and moving packages as needed. Ability to lift and move packages consistent with warehouse operations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution and logistics environment. Job Duties Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inbound shipments, staging, delivery preparation, and employee productivity. Lead and support warehouse staff while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met. Review and verify deliveries to ensure orders are accurate and ready for distribution. Assist with scanning, unloading, staging, and organizing packages for delivery when needed. Communicate directly with customers regarding deliveries, service issues, and shipment status updates. Resolve shipment discrepancies, operational challenges, and employee concerns in a timely manner. Review next-day delivery schedules and staffing requirements to ensure operational readiness.
