Job Summary
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up care. The provider will deliver patient-centered care while working collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and long-term healthcare conditions, with a focus on chronic pain patients.
• Provide patient education on preventive care, medical conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation in the EHR..

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license to practice in Idaho.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Current DEA certificate without restrictions.
• Current Controlled Substance Certificate from the Idaho Board of Pharmacy.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Must maintain medical staff privileges with Syringa Hospital.
• Experience or interest in chronic pain management preferred.
