• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm with admin time flexibility
• 15 - 18 patients per day
• All ages patient population
• Outpatient clinic with walk-in and urgent care services
• Hospital privileges required
• Primary care, walk-in, and urgent care experience preferred
