We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) . This position focuses primarily on managing patients with chronic pain through comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care under physician supervision. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and improving long-term health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, and long-term medical conditions, with a primary focus on chronic pain management.
• Provide patient assessments, treatment plans, consultations, and follow-up care under physician supervision.
• Promote disease prevention, health education, and overall wellness.
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, preventive care, prescribed medications, and treatment options.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Current, unrestricted Idaho license appropriate to the provider's professional role.
