If you are willing to learn and teachable you can easily earn $85,000 - $160,000 or MORE in your FIRST YEAR ... and if you are (or want to be) a STAR you could make over $200,000 + a year. One of our agents made $45k last month, in today's marketplace.

- Participate in team activities per team standards to ensure success

- Licensed real estate professional (or actively working to obtain license)
- 6 + months of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
