Your Responsibilities

• Execute routine and advanced laboratory examinationsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and various other fieldsadhering to established protocols.
• Assess results for precision, identify and troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration of lab machinery.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples as required for testing.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, offer training to new team members or students, and help sustain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your time with us.
