Clinical Opportunity for Medical Assistants: Michigan Surgical Utica

The Michigan Surgical Advantage
- The Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM (4042 hours per week). No nights, no weekends, and no holidays.
- The Location: A modern, high-volume office at 11051 Hall Road, Suite 100, Utica, MI.

Your Clinical Impact
As a Medical Assistant at Michigan Surgical, you are a vital link in the patient's care. Your duties will include:
- Direct Patient Care: Efficiently rooming patients, obtaining accurate vitals, and ensuring a high-quality patient experience.
- Clinical Preparation: Preparing patients and exam rooms for specialized procedures, ensuring all necessary supplies and documentation are ready for the provider.
- Detail-Oriented Coordination: Managing patient flow in a busy office environment while ensuring medical records and clinical notes are accurate and complete.
- Professional Communication: Providing clear pre- and post-visit instructions and acting as a dependable resource for both patients and providers.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate required. (CMA/RMA is not required).
- Experience: Proven experience as a Medical Assistant in a fast-paced medical office.
- Accuracy: A high degree of attention to detail and a "task-oriented" mindset.
- Professionalism: A strong work ethic and the ability to remain calm and efficient in a high-volume atmosphere.
