Hybrid Recruiter role based in Brentwood, TN, supporting end-to-end hiring through screening, ATS-driven workflow management, candidate sourcing, and pre-employment coordination. Responsibilities Screen applicants to confirm minimum qualifications and overall fit for the position Provide and discuss offer details for approved candidates, including offer letters, role benefits, requirements, and position specifics Attend meetings with HR management and department managers to plan upcoming openings and align on required qualifications Create and publish job postings that are professional, clear, and designed to attract qualified candidates across online and offline resources Confirm approvals and post requisitions in the company ATS Source candidates using networking, social media, and other targeted recruiting tactics Act as the liaison between the company and candidates by managing phone communications, answering questions, and coordinating candidate flow in the ATS Initiate background checks and pre-employment drug screens after offer acceptance Send detailed hiring information to the assigned onboarding specialist to support the onboarding process Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years recruiting experience; healthcare industry experience preferred PHR or equivalent certification preferred Strong communication skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems ( ATS ), and knowledge of labor laws Interpersonal strength, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet recruitment goals Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills Technology Applicant tracking systems (ATS) Benefits Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Health Savings Account with employer contribution Life Insurance PTO 401(k) retirement plan with company match And more Work Environment Normal busy office environment with a high volume of telephone work Possible long hours as needed If viewing via a job board (e.g., Indeed.com or LinkedIn), pay bands are auto assigned and may not reflect the true internal pay band No Recruiters Please #J-18808-Ljbffr
