\n \nGraduating in December 2026 or May 2027? Interested in a career in sales, business development, or account management?
\n \nIDR is hiring early-career professionals to join our Nashville team in 2027.
\n \nIDR is an IT staffing firm that brings in recent college grads and early-career professionals who want to build a career in sales. Our new hires begin in a sales-driven recruiting role, learning how to prospect, build relationships, navigate objections, and deliver results. Through hands-on experience and structured training, you'll develop the foundation for a potential career in outside sales and account management.
\n \nWhat you'll do:
\n- \n
- Proactively identify and connect with IT professionals through calls, messaging, and other outreach. \n
- Build relationships with candidates and match their experience to client opportunities. \n
- Learn how to prospect, handle objections, negotiate, and manage a pipeline. \n
- Work toward individual performance goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. \n
- Develop the skills needed to pursue future sales opportunities within IDR. \n
Who we're looking for:
\nWe're interested in motivated December 2026 or May 2027 graduates and early-career professionals who:

- Are genuinely interested in building a career in sales. \n
- Enjoy working with people and developing new relationships. \n
- Are comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations. \n
- Respond well to coaching, feedback, and measurable goals. \n
- Have demonstrated initiative through work, internships, athletics, campus involvement, or other experiences. \n
No specific major or previous staffing experience is required.

- Base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities. \n

- Hybrid schedule. \n
- Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), subject to eligibility. \n
- Three weeks of PTO and eight paid holidays. \n
