What You'll Get

• Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to $13,000 annually
• Bank Bonus Program (performance-based upside)

What You'll Do


This is not a sit-back-and-manage role. You're running a business.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 50 crew members and leaders
• Own the full P&L: labor, food cost, sales, and profitability
• Drive execution of our brand standards-food, service, and experience
• Build a strong bench (shift leads trainers AGM pipeline)
• Hire, train, and retain great people
• Run a clean, organized, and efficient operation
• Use data and systems to make smart decisions (not guesswork)
• Be the leader your team looks to-for direction, accountability, and growth
