Process Technician - Plastics & Containers We are seeking a Process Technician to support the manufacturing of plastic containers through injection molding, blow molding, or related plastics processing operations. This role is responsible for machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining product quality while driving efficiency and reducing scrap. Key Responsibilities Set up, start up, and optimize molding and container production equipment. Monitor and adjust processing parameters to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot molding, material, and equipment issues. Perform mold changes and machine changeovers. Support preventive maintenance activities. Analyze production data and implement process improvements. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Minimize downtime, scrap, and production defects. Qualifications Experience in plastics manufacturing, injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding. Knowledge of polymer materials, processing parameters, and quality control methods. Ability to troubleshoot molding defects and equipment issues. Experience with mold setup, changeovers, and process optimization. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
