Process Technician

Position Title: Process Technician - Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) Location: Las Vegas, NV Position Summary Seeking an experienced Process Technician to support extrusion blow molding operations by optimizing machine performance, ensuring product quality, improving process efficiency, and maintaining reliable production equipment. The role works closely with production leadership to drive continuous improvement, troubleshoot process issues, and support operator training. Key Responsibilities Monitor and optimize blow molding machine performance, quality, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with established process parameters and operating standards. Identify and resolve process variations, equipment issues, and quality concerns. Perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance on molds and molding equipment. Verify raw materials meet production requirements before processing. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and equipment. Document, communicate, and implement corrective actions for production issues. Assist with training and development of machine operators. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Extrusion Blow Molding experience required. Experience with mechanical, electrical/electronic systems, or toolmaking preferred. Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills. Ability to train and mentor technical personnel. Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
