About the Role

The Company is in search of a dynamic and growth-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of expansion. The successful candidate will be the primary architect of the company's growth strategy, with a strong focus on accelerating U.S. sales and developing a cohesive international sales strategy. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling SaaS businesses, deep familiarity with the K-12 education ecosystem, and the strategic vision to drive sales growth. The CEO will be responsible for setting and executing aggressive sales strategies, partnering with the Board and executive team, and ensuring the company's product line remains competitive in the fast-evolving industry. Key responsibilities for the CEO include setting and executing sales growth strategies, unifying sales strategies across markets, and optimizing go-to-market motion. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including prior CEO, President, or senior sales executive roles within SaaS, EdTech, or a related technology sector. They should have a strong understanding of the K-12 education market, experience with SaaS business models, and exposure to AI-driven products. The role also involves operational and financial management, stakeholder engagement, and a focus on international expansion. The CEO will be expected to build and lead a high-performing executive team, champion a culture of accountability and innovation, and maintain strong relationships with the Board, investors, and key partners.
