Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Gateway Group Personnel Executive Search - Accounting & Operations...Proven track record in global talent attraction, strategic placements, and fostering client-candidate… A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced High Voltage Lab Manager to oversee all high-voltage testing operations and ensure compliance with ANSI, IEC , and related standards. This role leads a technical team, manages lab performance, and serves as a key point of contact for customer testing needs. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day high-voltage lab operations, safety, and quality. Lead and mentor a skilled technical team. Oversee and perform electrical testing per industry and customer requirements. Communicate test procedures and results to internal teams and customers. Maintain testing protocols, calibration, and QA processes. Prepare technical reports and support audits/inspections. Partner with Engineering/R&D on testing and product development. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). 5+ years electrical testing and lab management experience. Strong knowledge of ANSI/IEC standards . Effective communicator with proven leadership ability. Experience with root cause analysis, QA, and inventory systems (SAP a plus).
