Your role is to make every guest’s experience an amazing one and no request goes unheeded. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, develop, train, and motivate staff to provide the highest level of guest service Ensure that all restaurant policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs are followed and completed in a timely basis Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure that food is prepared and presented in an acceptable manner Control cash and all other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity Monitor budgets and payroll records and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted Organize and direct training programs, resolve personnel problems, make hiring and termination decisions, and evaluate employee performance Train, coach, and hold team accountable to all SOP’s to ensure consistent operations Your Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years as an Assistant General Manager for a high volume ($8M+) upscale full-service casual restaurant Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and team development through mentorship and feedback Proficient in financial management, including P&L oversight and understanding of business operations Skilled in labor cost control and staff scheduling to align with business needs Experienced in managing systems and upholding operational standards EOE – EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER #J-18808-Ljbffr
