We are looking for a passionate individual who can provide exceptional service and help navigate the complexities of personal injury law. Responsibilities: Complete the intake process with new clients. Manage and oversee case files from inception to resolution. Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and legal teams in both English and Spanish. Gather and organize necessary documentation and evidence for cases. Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates. Provide updates to clients on case progress and address any questions or concerns. Conduct client interviews to gather relevant information. Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with legal standards. Requirements: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented. Previous experience in personal injury law or case management preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google sheets and case management software.
