Business Analyst Charlotte, North Carolina, United States $ 81.00 - 82.00 (US Dollar) Locations: Charlotte, NC; Iselin, NJ Business Analyst needs 1-2 years of working with IT and Business teams Business Analyst requires 1-2 years of working in JIRA or JIRA Align Skills Working knowledge of JIRA Align. Excellent verbal & written communication skills Ability to be innovative, creative, and think "outside the box" Ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams Business Analyst duties: Works with Business and IT team to document requirements via EPICS and capabilities into JIRA Align. Work with all stakeholders to make tradeoff decisions regarding competing priorities Collaborate with the product owners to continuously develop and communicate the vision for the scrum teams that are key to efficient and effective development. Collaborate cross-functionally with the Business, Development teams across trains, UX Design, and Digital product management Track requirements from inception to delivery and report status on periodic (weekly, monthly etc) reports to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Channel Management
