Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify each client’s mental health needs, tailoring individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide evidence-based therapy to clients through individual, group, and family sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.

• Offer crisis intervention support for clients in acute distress, applying your therapeutic skills to de-escalate situations and ensure the safety and well-being of those involved.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives that educate the public about mental health issues, aiming to reduce stigma and promote awareness.

You will work with a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, and groups from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
