Escrow Assistant (Hybrid)

The Assisted Escrow Specialist will support the Escrow department with administrative duties related to escrow closings, primarily in residential transactions. What You’ll Do Perform a wide range of administrative duties to gather information and assist in the escrow process. Open orders, input closing statement information, and prepare documents for closing. Handle the complete disbursement and follow‑up of all escrow transactions. Communicate requirements and other information to clients. Interpret various agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all required documents for transactions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capacity to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. Strong detail orientation. Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems. Complex problem‑solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in an escrow‑related role. Pay Range Hourly: $18.46 – $24.63. The hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors that may include job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
