Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator ensures a high-quality customer shopping experience by leading and supporting front‑end operations. This role coordinates checkout flow, maintains front‑end cleanliness and standards, and assigns work for cashiers, service desk, and courtesy team members to meet productivity and service expectations. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with peer leadership for smooth handoff between shifts and perform survival walks of the department. Coordinate and drive actions and activities involving monitoring and control of shrink and financial business outcomes within areas of responsibility. Proactively elevate concerns to leadership as they arise. Champion participation in community programs. Lead by example with behaviors and TMRG engagement. Serve as a certified trainer for team members and perform hands‑on training and mentoring. Serve as subject‑matter expert for market programs, company pilots, and development/training programs. Assign tasks to team members within the department in partnership with the team leader and follow up to ensure completion. Qualifications Successful completion of Service Coordinator training curriculum (Cashier, Service Desk, and Courtesy Team). Ability to operate cash register system and all financial services equipment. Good communication skills, friendly, customer‑oriented, organized, detail oriented, sense of urgency. Organizational and multi‑tasking abilities. Physical fitness to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, stoop, kneel, and/or climb. Frequency may vary by shift.
