A Talent Acquisition Partner who understands that recruiting is part art, part science, and part hustle. The most important part of this role is mindset. This person is proactive, eager to improve, collaborative, and comfortable seeking feedback. They are resourceful, solutions-oriented, and always looking for smarter ways to operate. They are AI-forward and strong with systems, using technology to enhance performance, not replace effort. They bring GRIT, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage expectations with both clients and candidates.
In this role, you will support client partners by recruiting best-in-class talent, sourcing across multiple channels, building relationships with passive candidates, evaluating true fit beyond the resume, and presenting qualified talent with confidence. Ultimately, you help our partners attract, hire, and retain stellar employees.
This is a 15 to 25 hour per week position with ongoing flexibility. Although the team primarily works from home, a locally based team member is preferred.
Who You Are:
You are an experienced recruiter with strong sourcing skills and a deep understanding of how to engage talent beyond job postings. LinkedIn is second nature to you, and you are comfortable working within an applicant tracking system while tracking the metrics that matter. You can confidently present market intelligence to clients and candidates, pivot quickly when priorities shift, and operate independently in a macro-managed environment without sacrificing communication or follow-up. You are grounded, driven, curious, and aligned with PKR’s values. You take your work seriously, but not yourself. You care about results, relationships, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do:
Recruit across multiple industries and skill sets to keep the work dynamic and challenging.
Create and execute thoughtful sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through social networks, niche platforms, and job boards.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and set clear expectations.
Develop and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
Track recruiting activity and results in the ATS.
Continuously improve candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness.
What You Bring:
Proven recruiting experience.
Strong sourcing expertise, especially on LinkedIn.
Experience using an applicant tracking system.
Ability to analyze and communicate market insights.
Flexibility, accountability, and strong follow-up.
