Production Scheduler

Responsibilities Plan and maintain stable production schedules to support efficient plant operations and timely execution of work orders. Partner with Bottling, Processing, and Materials teams to improve overall production efficiency and line performance. Maintain accurate planning data across systems including Atlas, Sys21 ERP, and APS to ensure data integrity and reliable forecasting. Coordinate with Commercial Operations and Customer Service to support order fill rates, on-time shipments, and inventory targets. Lead production planning activities to balance inventory levels with customer service goals while minimizing carrying costs. Support bottling operations by creating schedules that optimize line efficiency and operational performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within production planning, materials planning, and imported goods processes to deliver cost savings and operational efficiencies. Collaborate with Brand Managers, Sales, and Marketing on production plans and finished goods purchases for new products and brands. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring finished goods availability aligns with customer ship date expectations. Maintain compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, and environmental policies and practices. Qualifications Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years of related experience Excellent oral & written communication skills, analytical and technical skills, planning and organizational skills Experience in manufacturing software (ERP, MRP, MPS, WMS) Preferred Qualifications APICS Certification or Six Sigma Certification, experience with System 21, experience in Alcohol Beverage Industry Proven success leading process improvement initiatives and developing query programs on AS400 or similar systems is highly desired. Bilingual or multilingual language skills are a plus.
