Data Entry Specialist

The SAP Data Entry Specialist (SD/TM) is responsible for accurate, timely data entry and transactional processing within SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Transportation Management (TM) modules. This role supports daily logistics and delivery operations by validating quantity tallies, creating deliveries, posting goods issues, managing freight agreements, and ensuring freight settlement accuracy between SAP and external systems. Essential Functions Perform daily tally quantity comparisons between OPTICS and SAP to ensure inventory accuracy. Create deliveries in SAP SD based on data uploaded from OPTICS. Post Goods Issue transactions to move materials from inventory to stock in transit. Post Proof of Delivery (POD) for D-term deliveries once materials are delivered to customers. Create and maintain freight agreements in SAP TM, including vendor setup, lanes, and variable freight and offloading costs. Reconcile tally quantities between SAP SD and SAP TM for D-term deliveries. Validate freight rates and ensure accuracy prior to settlement. Execute freight settlement and create Freight Purchase Orders in SAP TM. Create new carrier master data in SAP when required. Support both Panama City and Mobile operations as needed. Required Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1–3 years of SAP data entry experience, preferably in SD and/or TM. Experience supporting logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. Key Qualifications Strong working knowledge of SAP SD and SAP TM transactional processing; High attention to detail and data accuracy; Ability to understand logistics, delivery terms (including D-term), and freight concepts; Effective time management and ability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
