RN - Regional Director of Clinical OperationsCommuniCare Health Services is currently recruiting an experienced and dynamic Registered Nurse, BSN preferred, for the position of Regional Director of Clinical Operations for our facilities located in the Cleveland, OH area. The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Nursing Consulting and Long Term Care. Experience as a DON is preferred.The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is a key management position whose responsibilities will include:Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.Visit facilities weekly for intervention, audit and training.Train new nursing management.Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveysAid in the Plan of Correction processThe successful candidate for the Regional Director of Clinical Operations position will enjoy a competitive salary, based on experience, PTO plans, and a menu of benefit options from life and disability plans to medical, dental, and vision coverage from quality benefit carriers.
