You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center in Denver, CO!A bit more about what you’ll do…Supports digital storefront marketing strategies and programs of improving effectiveness and increasing demand for apartment rentalsCollaborate with executive stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional team members.Enhances and ensures accurate marketing content and messaging among various digital platforms including websites, kiosks/iPads, Marketing TVsProfessionally represents Marketing team and company in all communication both written and verbalSupports in creating reports, helps analyze data, and communicates findings to supervisorResearches and tests marketing conceptsHelps support working with vendors to research marketing concepts and execute programsWorks with other members of marketing team to assist with time-sensitive projectsMonitors business intelligence on industry and competitionSupports in order placement and setting up programming and devices for community supportCoordinates with cross-functional team members to accomplish project objectivesCreate reports and communicate findings. Ensure campaigns are on time and on budget. QualificationsAssociate or bachelor's degree with minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing position.General understanding or exposure to various interactive media platforms, including Adobe AEM, Drone Technology, Kiosks, and 3D Tours preferred.Ability to utilize Google Analytics to research and report on campaign effectiveness.Confident communicator with the level of maturity and presence necessary to influence senior executives and business leaders.Thrives on driving innovation and change that will propel the business forward.Consistently practices strategic thinking and nimble problem-solving tactics to stay ahead of business priorities.Additional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary and add bonus opportunities and benefit choices topped off with:Expected base salary of $197,000- $215,000.
