From advanced workholding systems to zero-point technology, we design, build, and deliver solutions that empower machinists and manufacturers worldwide.If you're an experienced warehouse or inventory professional who knows how to lead people, maintain accuracy, and keep customer orders moving, this is your opportunity to make an impact.Keep Materials Moving and Customers SuppliedAs our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily workflow of the department, including staffing, inventory accuracy, material flow, assembly, packaging, shipping, and order fulfillment.You'll lead and develop employees while coordinating with Production, Planning, Scheduling, Quality Control, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure that sales orders are completed accurately and shipped on time.This is a hands-on warehouse leadership role within a manufacturing operation. Success requires strong employee leadership, inventory control, ERP accuracy, and cross-functional coordination—not only traditional shipping and receiving experience.What the Job Looks LikeYou begin the day by reviewing work queues, staffing, stock levels, backorders, and shipping priorities.You assign work and ensure employees have the materials, information, and resources needed to complete their tasks.Inventory arrives from another facility—you verify the material and ensure it is received correctly in Epicor.A production job cannot be closed—you coordinate with Quality Control, Planning, or Material Handling to resolve the issue.A delay may affect a customer order—you investigate, update the appropriate teams, and help establish an accurate lead time.An employee needs additional training or performance coaching—you provide clear direction and follow through.What You'll Do HereLead, train, coach, and develop employees within the warehouse department.Oversee daily workflow, staffing, priorities, and employee assignments.Ensure sales orders are assembled, packaged, and shipped on time to meet customer expectations.Review work queues and confirm that employees have the materials and information needed to complete assigned work.Identify, investigate, and resolve delays affecting assembly, fulfillment, or shipping deadlines.Communicate delays to Production Planning, Customer Service, management, and other affected teams.Monitor stock levels, work-in-process inventory, material flow, and backorders.Receive and inspect WIP and inventory transferred from other company facilities.Receive components and completed assembly jobs into Epicor.Close production jobs after confirming that inspections are complete and required materials have been properly issued.Verify the accuracy of Epicor transactions, including labor, nonconformances, inventory quantities, and inventory locations.Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Scheduling to address low stock and backorder concerns.Maintain and update backorder lead times in Epicor so Customer Service can provide accurate information to customers.Monitor RMA repairs in coordination with Customer Service and Quality Control.Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, material flow, assembly, fulfillment, and workflow efficiency.Monitor employee attendance, performance, productivity, accuracy, safety, and completion of assigned work.Provide timely performance feedback and participate in employee evaluations.Administer coaching and corrective action in coordination with management and Human Resources.Participate in interviewing and selecting new employees when appropriate.Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work areas.What You'll BringA high school diploma or equivalent.At least three years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, or a related field.Prior supervisory, lead, or team-leadership experience is strongly preferred.Working knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, WIP, material flow, shipping and receiving, and order fulfillment.Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Strong leadership, employee-coaching, and performance-management skills.Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on inventory and transactional accuracy.The ability to manage daily priorities and respond effectively to changing operational needs.Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.The ability to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively across departments.Proficiency with ERP or MRP systems; Epicor experience is preferred.Who This Role Is Ideal ForExperienced warehouse leads ready to move into formal supervision.Warehouse supervisors who prefer leading from the floor and staying involved in daily operations.Manufacturing warehouse professionals with experience managing WIP, inventory transactions, and production-related material flow.Detail-focused leaders who understand that ERP accuracy is as important as physical inventory accuracy.People-focused supervisors who can balance employee development with accountability and execution.Leaders who are comfortable coordinating across Production, Planning, Quality Control, Customer Service, and Shipping.Warehouse professionals motivated by improving fulfillment, material flow, and the customer experience.Why You'll Love Working With UsCompetitive pay with performance-based bonus opportunities100% company-paid medical coverage available for employeesCompany-paid life and disability insurance401(k) with up to a 5% company matchGenerous paid time off and paid holidaysTraining and meaningful opportunities for career advancementA supportive, non-corporate culture where your ideas matterCompany-sponsored team events and activitiesReady to Keep Manufacturing Moving With Us?This is more than a warehouse oversight position.
