Experience with Swiss CNC machining is highly desirable but not required.As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining CNC equipment used to manufacture high-precision components for aerospace, defense, and other advanced manufacturing industries. Candidates with experience on Swiss CNC machines are strongly encouraged to apply; however, machinists with experience on CNC lathes, mills, or multi-axis equipment will also be considered. This opportunity offers career growth, hands-on technical development, and the chance to work in a quality-driven manufacturing environment focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machining equipment to produce parts that meet engineering specifications and quality standards.Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments, gauges, and metrology equipment.Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.Troubleshoot machining issues and make adjustments to maintain quality and productivity.Participate in Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and workplace organization.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve manufacturing challenges.Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment concerns to leadership.Accurately document production information and maintain required records.Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.Qualifications:Previous experience operating or setting up CNC machinery preferred.Experience with Swiss CNC machines, CNC lathes, mills, multi-axis machining centers, or related equipment is a plus.Entry-level candidates with machining education, technical training, or strong mechanical aptitude are encouraged to apply.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing documentation.Understanding of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Basic computer skills and ability to accurately complete production documentation.Excellent attendance and reliability.Preferred Qualifications:Swiss CNC machining experience.Experience working with tight tolerances in aerospace, medical device, defense, or precision manufacturing environments.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.Experience with CNC machine setup, offsets, tool changes, and troubleshooting.Benefits:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO)Career Growth and Advancement OpportunitiesStable, Long-Term Employment with an Industry-Leading ManufacturerIf you're passionate about machining, precision manufacturing, and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply and explore the next step in your career.
