About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Americas HR to spearhead the people agenda across North America. This senior leadership role involves close collaboration with business leaders, leading a team of HR professionals, and driving strategic and operational HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities for the Head of Americas HR include managing employee relations and complex people matters, providing leadership coaching, and overseeing talent development and succession planning. The successful candidate will also be involved in HR analytics, onboarding, offboarding, and global HR projects, with a focus on process improvement. The role demands a hands-on HR leader with a proven track record in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, capable of balancing strategic thinking with execution. Applicants for the Head of Americas HR position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' progressive HR experience, preferably within the financial services sector. The role requires a professional with a strong background in partnering with senior leaders on complex people issues, previous team management experience, and a high level of business acumen. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environment is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, and experience with Workday is a plus.
