Role: Head of Americas HRLocation: New York, NYIn Office Schedule: 4 days on site in MidtownCompensation range: Up to $200k base plus bonusOur client is a leading global investment firm with a strong reputation for innovation, performance, and a highly collaborative culture. They are seeking a Head of Americas HR to lead the people agenda across North America, partnering closely with senior business leaders and serving as a key member of the global HR team.Reporting directly to the CHRO, this is a highly visible leadership role with broad regional ownership. You’ll lead a team of HR professionals while driving strategic and operational HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, including:Employee relations and complex people mattersLeadership coaching and stakeholder partnershipTalent development and succession planningEmployee engagement and retentionHR analytics and workforce insightsOnboarding and offboardingGlobal HR projects and process improvementThis opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR leader who enjoys operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and can balance strategic thinking with execution.Key Requirements:8+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within financial servicesProven experience partnering with senior leaders on complex people mattersPrevious team management experienceStrong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, data-driven environmentBachelor’s degree requiredWorkday experience is a plusIf this opportunity aligns with your experience, please apply, referencing ID#/JN -072026-294586.
