Responsibilities:

 

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and their associated costs.
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and timely completion of repairs.
• Prepare and present accurate estimates to customers, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and repair orders.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, technical advancements, and industry trends.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related role in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with automotive service software.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
