Driving growth in Federal technology sales, the full-time Federal Account Executive will identify and develop new accounts within the DoW Defense Agencies, collaborating with technical teams to deliver innovative IT solutions in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for long-term success across key DoW agencies Build relationships with key decision-makers in Defense Agencies to expand customer bases and market penetration Lead the sales cycle from prospect to close, crafting value propositions and negotiating complex contracts Required qualifications 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience, particularly in the Federal Government or VAR sector Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin goals while expanding relationships within the Department of War and Fourth Estate Expertise in collaborating with OEMs like Dell, Cisco, and Microsoft, utilizing contract vehicles effectively Strong understanding of Federal contracting cycles, procurement strategies, and acquisition policies (FAR/DFAR)
